Meet friendly local moms to talk about your kids and have fun! Come to a M.O.M.S meeting to share experiences, find advice, give support and make new friends. M.O.M.S is a no stress casual setting.
M.O.M.S meets regularly to develop supportive relationships, to learn from one another, and to meet each other’s needs through service in the love of Christ. All moms are welcome!
We are a support group designed just for you, the mother of today! You are interested in the world around you, want a variety of activities for you and your children, and are proud of your choice of mothering style for your families! We know, because we're mothers, too!

• We meet during the day, the second and fourth Thursday of each month 9:15am September through April in the Parlor. We follow North Canton City school closings. During the summer months we will meet for play dates at local playgrounds.
• We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so mothers may bring their children of any age with them! For meetings, we set up two children's rooms with loving babysitters (the children think they are at their own club!). There is NO fee for child care.
• We know being a mother today can be a financial sacrifice, so there are no dues to attend or join our group and we will not try to sell you things.
• We are a casual group, in dress and attendance.
• We offer a supportive environment to talk about parenting, relationship issues, and women’s issues or to just throw out creative ideas! In the past we have had programs including: adoption, photography, nutrition, exercise, had a spa day, organize your stuff day, gardening speaker with take it home pot planting project and this year we plan to have even more fun stuff.
• We offer a book club and we discuss a few chapters at a time over the course of the school year. This year we have chosen a book by Women of Faith speaker Lisa Welchel titled Taking Care of the Me in Mommy. Books will be available at group. Books are free, donations for the books are welcome.
• Mothers of children ages 0 - 100 are welcome! You don't have to leave the group when your children enter or leave school! We know you still need support as your children grow!
• Age appropriate toys are arranged in a cheerful room with changing table, cribs, high chair, toddler table, infant swings and small refrigerator for babies' needs.
• Loving child care providers will diaper and feed your child if needed.
• Snacks are provided for older toddlers.
Caring ladies will provide:
• Toys
• Snacks
• Crafts, stories, songs and child’s Bible lesson
